Who is this event for?
The RENEW Experience ™ is a global movement that empowers women to prioritize their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness to increase their impact, foster innovation, and strengthen their resilience as leaders.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Most certainly. Bring your mom, sisters, girlfriends, and coworkers. They will need to
purchase their own tickets. Group Rate available for groups of 6 or more.

Is there a block of hotel rooms reserved?
Yes, a limited number of rooms have been blocked for this event at a special rate of $185 per night plus a $35 resort fee and 7% sales tax. Please book early as it is first-come, first-served while supplies last. Please mention RENEW 2026 when contacting the resort.

What is the dress code for the event?
A business casual dress code is our standard. Please bring a cocktail outfit or gown for the gala. Kindly be aware that the temperature in our event space might be cooler than anticipated. We recommend preparing accordingly by bringing a sweater or jacket. ​​

Will I be allowed to record the event?
Recording or live streaming of the event is prohibited. There will be lots of opportunities for pictures.

Can I upgrade my registration?
Certainly! To upgrade your registration(s), please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@TheRenewExperience.com, and our dedicated customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

What is the registration refund policy?
All sales are final. If the event must be canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated by WSG LLC, we will honor your registration for a future event. If you cannot attend for any reason, you can gift your ticket to family, friends, or colleagues. To transfer your registration you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the event by contacting us at info@TheRenewExperience.com.

Do you offer accessibility services?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for each woman to enjoy her RENEW experience. The Belgrove Resort & Spa is an ADA-compliant facility and offers accessibility options to accommodate its guests. To receive information about venue accommodations, contact the resort.

How does hotel booking work?
Once registered with a RENEW registration, you will receive our exclusive booking instructions and link. We know plans change, so please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations. The RENEW Experience™ conference staff does not manage any hotel reservations.
All registrations are booked through the Belgrove Resort & Spa using our exclusive link. We encourage you to book early through our exclusive link to receive the discounted rates as rooms are first-come first-serve and are expected to sell out.
