What time does the program start and end?

The welcome reception begins at 7:00 pm on

Thursday 09/17. The Sunday session ends at 12:00 pm

What is the registration refund policy?

All sales are final. If the event must be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, we will honor your registration for a future event. If you cannot attend for any reason, you can gift your ticket to family, friends, or colleagues. To transfer your registration, you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the event by contacting us at info@renewexperience.com. 

 

Can I upgrade my registration?

Certainly! To upgrade your registration(s), please email us at info@renewexperience.com, and our dedicated customer service representatives will gladly assist you promptly.
